Zahi joined the group in 2021, as a Programs Manager to support the planning and implementation of INNOVEST programs and activities. He plays a big role, in ensuring the successful implementation of policies and practices. He also brings a wealth of experience to his role, having worked previously with Berytech Lebanon & managed key acceleration programs within this scope.

Firas brings more than 15 years of expertise in risk management, internal control, and SME lending within banking and microfinance sectors. Before joining Innovest, Firas worked in various managerial positions and has provided consultancy services for policy and procedure establishment and implementation, recruitment, and risk management. Firas is currently working as Levant Director, overseeing Ruwwad Al Iraq, and focusing on expanding microfinance and access to finance for MSMEs in underserved areas in Iraq and Lebanon
